IBM Common Public LicenseとEclipse Public Licenseの違い

日系ソフトウェアに、Eclipse3.0からライセンスがEclipse Public License(EPL)に変わった、とあったのですが、今までのCPLとどう違うのか書いてなかったのでdiffしてみました。
エンドユーザからしたら全くと言っていいほど変わってないことがわかりました。変更点は以下。

• ライセンス名称の変更: Common Public License→Eclipse Public License
• (License) Agreementを変更する権利がある主体の変更: IBM→The Eclipse Foundation
• 7. GENERALの項におけるパテント訴訟対象に関する記述の詳細化: any entity (including a cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit) → a Contributor with respect to a patent applicable to software (including a cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit), then any patent licenses granted by that Contributor to such Recipient under this Agreement shall terminate as of the date such litigation is filed. In addition, if Recipient institutes patent litigation against any entity (including a cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit)
